As an HR Admin / Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing employee benefits, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and providing administrative support to the HR department. This role offers a competitive salary range of ₱23,000 – ₱25,000 per month and is based in the vibrant locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update personnel records, including employee contracts, benefits, and attendance.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave entitlements, and retirement plans.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and payments, such as taxes and social security contributions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting for HR-related expenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
