Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for hospitality roles across Bali.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs in the F&B and hospitality sectors.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and hire candidates for a variety of roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with remote/hybrid recruitment is a strong advantage.
