Responsibility
- Design and execute comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead learning & development (L&D) initiatives, including leadership training, upskilling programs, and career pathing.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify talent gaps and implement succession planning frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement through innovative programs, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building activities.
- Oversee talent management processes, including performance reviews, competency assessments, and high-potential development.
- Leverage data analytics to measure program effectiveness and ROI, refining strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay ahead of HR trends and best practices to ensure competitive talent development offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in talent development or L&D leadership roles.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs and talent management initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics, analytics, and tools (e.g., LMS, HRIS).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or talent development (e.g., ATD) are a plus.
- Experience working in multicultural environments or global organizations.
