As a Recruitment Development Officer, you will design and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and engaging top talent to onboarding exceptional candidates. Your expertise will help us attract, assess, and hire the best professionals to meet our evolving business needs. Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various roles and departments.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and optimize hiring efficiency.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance the candidate experience by streamlining application processes and providing timely feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to improve recruitment workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in ATS software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
