Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and talent gaps.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment and retention strategies.
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent development.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
