Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement programs, including team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and feedback processes.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements for employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
