Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to diverse employee needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a learning management system (LMS) for seamless training delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and onboarding sessions to enhance employee competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across departments.
- Partner with external vendors to source high-quality training resources.
- Support organizational change initiatives through targeted development interventions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning & development, training coordination, or organizational development.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a passion for adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Articulate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure impact.
- Adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment across multiple locations.
- Certification in HR or L&D (e.g., SHRM, ATD) is a plus.
