Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate and administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits enrollment.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and performance management.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
