Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Employee Relations matters, providing expert guidance and support to employees and management.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair, timely, and confidential manner.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards in all ER-related activities.
- Develop and implement ER strategies, policies, and procedures to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on ER best practices, conflict resolution, and workplace conduct for employees and managers.
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams to mitigate risks and address complex ER cases, including terminations and disputes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of ER cases, investigations, and outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on trends, risks, and opportunities in employee relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partner roles, or related HR functions.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and resolving complex ER issues.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a multinational or global organization is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HRIS and case management systems.
