Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business success.
- Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including headcount forecasting, talent acquisition strategies, and succession planning.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the team and equipped for success.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that comply with local labor laws and company standards.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in talent management and employee experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing coaching and support on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
