Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for physiotherapy and healthcare roles, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks, with a focus on local and international physiotherapy professionals.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured interviews, skills assessments, and cultural fit evaluations to ensure alignment with ReHEAL’s values and clinical standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with clinic managers and department heads to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Employer Branding: Develop and promote ReHEAL’s employer brand to attract top talent, including managing social media recruitment campaigns and attending healthcare job fairs.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes adhere to Indonesian labor laws and healthcare industry regulations, maintaining accurate records.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on physiotherapy industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including contract negotiations, work permits (for expatriates), and orientation programs.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or medical staffing, with a track record of hiring healthcare professionals (physiotherapists preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare recruitment is highly advantageous.
- Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools to identify niche talent.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (required) and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and adaptive approach to overcoming recruitment challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Local Insight: Knowledge of Bali’s healthcare labor market, work permit processes, and expatriate hiring is a significant advantage.
