Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and align learning priorities with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs (workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training) for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training requirements and create customized learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and ROI analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead the onboarding and mentorship programs for new hires to accelerate their integration and productivity.
- Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and enhance training methodologies.
- Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Foster a learning culture by promoting knowledge-sharing initiatives and leadership development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), instructional design, and facilitation.
- Strong knowledge of modern training methodologies (e.g., blended learning, microlearning, gamification).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Moodle).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training impact using data-driven approaches.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
