Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives, to boost morale and retention.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs (onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, compliance) tailored to employee and organizational needs.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and present actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize company-wide events, workshops, and cultural celebrations that align with our values and business objectives.
- Manage the training calendar, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure cost-effective and high-quality learning experiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns, fostering open communication, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management, talent development, and employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
- Monitor industry trends in HR, engagement, and learning & development to introduce best practices and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, training, or organizational development.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful engagement programs and training initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating inclusive, people-centric workplaces and a deep understanding of cultural diversity.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or training (e.g., ATD) are advantageous but not required.
