Responsibility
- Conduct on-site and field-based training sessions for new hires and existing staff to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and modules tailored to field operations and customer service excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and additional coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training gaps and design targeted upskilling programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during all training activities.
- Gather insights from field teams to recommend process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Track and report training metrics, including completion rates, performance outcomes, and ROI on training initiatives.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates teams to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in training, field operations, or a similar role, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs with measurable results.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- Willingness to travel within La Union and nearby areas as required by the role.
- Resident of La Union (mandatory).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, or other training tools.
