As part of our Talent Pool, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs that empower our teams to excel in customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales performance. Based in one of Bali’s vibrant hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive learning initiatives that align with Erajaya’s growth objectives.

Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for retail staff, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Develop learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training resources tailored to the gadget and electronics sector.
- Assess training needs through gap analysis and collaborate with regional managers to align programs with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Mentor and coach new hires and existing employees to ensure rapid onboarding and continuous skill development.
- Stay updated on industry trends in consumer electronics and retail to keep training content relevant and competitive.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to build internal capability and scale learning initiatives across Bali.
- Partner with HR and store managers to identify high-potential talent and create career development pathways.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role, preferably in retail, gadgets, or electronics.
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with modern learning tools (LMS, e-learning platforms) and instructional design principles.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring training ROI and performance improvement.
- Passion for coaching and developing others, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel across Bali’s key locations as needed.
