Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and provide market insights.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and engaging candidate journey, from initial contact to offer acceptance, with a focus on employer branding.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through compelling job descriptions, social media, and networking.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all hiring activities adhere to local labor laws and company policies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior recruiters or coordinators (if applicable) to foster a high-performing TA team.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR and recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret recruitment data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Networking: Established professional network and a track record of building relationships with passive candidates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
