Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Help maintain and update HR databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Assist in conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents.
- Contribute to talent management initiatives, such as employee engagement programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), or Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for recruitment, talent development, or people operations.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
