Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments, providing feedback to the HR team.
- Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in organizing career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent engagement activities.
- Prepare reports and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a keen interest in developing a career in HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Available for a full-time internship (minimum 3-6 months).
