Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Develop and post compelling job descriptions to attract high-quality applicants.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers for efficient workflow management.
- Conduct initial phone screens and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and career fairs.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring metrics and improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
