Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, for roles across APAC and global markets.
- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies, building partnerships with universities and early-career talent pools.
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, advising leadership on workforce planning, retention, and employee engagement.
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract passive candidates and elevate our market presence.
- Streamline hiring processes using data-driven insights and ATS tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast hiring needs and align talent acquisition with business growth.
- Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and compliance for local and international hires.
- Leverage Mandarin fluency to engage with stakeholders and candidates in Chinese-speaking markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HRBP, or full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a global or multicultural environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates and managing high-volume hiring for diverse roles.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, visa processes, and HR best practices in Indonesia/APAC.
- Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach and adaptability to fast-changing priorities.
