Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing roles, ensuring alignment with company requirements and cultural fit.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent, including job postings, social media outreach, and networking.
- Conduct interviews in both English and Mandarin, assessing candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural compatibility.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and organized records for future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment drives to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
