Responsibility
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including contracts, attendance, and personal files.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, leave balances, and other relevant data.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave policies, and staff welfare programs.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to boost morale.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is advantageous.
