Responsibility
- Assist in managing employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in workplace satisfaction.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and securely stored.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with necessary information and resources to integrate smoothly into the company.
- Collaborate with the HR team to organize training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor workplace dynamics and provide recommendations to management on ways to improve employee morale and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, with a commitment to ethical and fair treatment of employees.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus.
