Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for all positions across the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Manage payroll administration, including salary disbursement, tax deductions, and benefits coordination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, contracts, and attendance tracking, in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, payroll administration, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
