Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end Human Capital management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Manage General Affairs operations, including office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Lead payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely compensation and benefits administration.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and wellness campaigns.
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions with fairness and professionalism.
- Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with legal and auditing requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HC & GA strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital or General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience in vendor or hauling industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
