Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various departments.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, internal databases).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, salary benchmarks, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in all hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and placement.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including behavioral interviewing and assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-driven mindset.
