Responsibility
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline through sourcing, networking, and database management.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Leverage digital platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) to attract passive and active candidates.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events to expand talent reach.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level positions across various functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse).
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a contract-based role.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
