Responsibility

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including drafting emails, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather and analyze HR-related data for reporting purposes.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR tasks and requests as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
