Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial client briefings to candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency and performance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets while earning performance-based incentives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/recruitment experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, HR tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Passion for people, talent acquisition, and building professional relationships.
- Familiarity with Baliâs job market or willingness to relocate is advantageous.
