Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (360/180) for assigned projects, including tech, creative, and corporate roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide reports to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a 360/180 role or agency environment.
- Proven track record of filling roles across tech, creative, or corporate sectors.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and client management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
