Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HRIS and recruitment databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and HR activities for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR, or similar platforms).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with US employment laws and recruitment practices is a plus.
