Responsibility
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber professionals across various industries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new client opportunities, pitching services, and negotiating partnerships.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, improve time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to expand brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey.
- Stay ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent for diverse roles.
- Experience with CRM/ATS tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of employment laws, market trends, and best practices in recruitment and business development.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
