Responsibility
- Partner with the Recruitment Lead to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for project-based hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify top talent aligned with role requirements and company culture.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, role expectations, and evaluation criteria.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in a BPO or corporate setting.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using creative methods (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.
