Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and transparent hiring experience.
- Sourcing Strategies: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract top talent for open positions.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance its reputation in the market.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness, to optimize processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
