Responsibility
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organizational objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and development planning.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with fairness and compliance.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations in all HR practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
