Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in alignment with Indonesian labor laws.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Drive employee engagement programs, such as team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition schemes.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and organize relevant programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are advantageous.
