Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
