As we expand our operations in Bali, we are seeking a dynamic HR & General Affairs (HRGA) Staff to support our growing team in managing human resources, administrative functions, and employee relations.

Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee general affairs tasks, such as office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Organize training programs, team-building activities, and company events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Liaise with government agencies, legal advisors, and external partners on HR and compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, or a similar role, preferably in the property development or real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with occasional travel to other project sites as needed.
