Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Monitor and improve recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
- Train and mentor junior recruiters to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
