Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes for CPG facilities.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Lead HR projects, including workforce planning, compensation reviews, and employee engagement programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees and foster career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or business partner role.
- Proven expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
