Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and local labor regulations.
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.
- Assist in workforce planning and succession strategies to support business growth.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and improve retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing, recruitment, or employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
- Experience in talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, or organizational development is highly desirable.
