Responsibility
- Strategic HR Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals to drive organizational success.
- HR Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Develop and implement programs to boost employee morale, retention, and workplace culture in a global, remote-first environment.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies, while continuously improving HR frameworks to mitigate risk.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment strategies and streamline onboarding processes to attract and integrate top talent efficiently.
- Performance Management: Design and execute performance review systems that foster accountability, growth, and high performance.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure HR effectiveness and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masterâs degree or HR certifications like SHRM, PHR, or CIPD is a plus).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or business partnering role in a global or BPO setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and experience with international HR compliance.
- Proven track record in HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and HRIS management (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using HR metrics to drive decision-making.
- Experience in a multicultural, remote, or hybrid work environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
