Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and internal communications.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and gather feedback for HR improvements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related program.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws (Indonesian regulations a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive attitude, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business environment is advantageous.
