Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, while ensuring seamless enrollment and communication.
- Maintain and update SAP HR systems with employee data, compensation changes, and benefits information.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to benefits packages.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits with professionalism and clarity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
- Support annual salary reviews and bonus calculations in alignment with company budgets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or payroll management, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in SAP HR modules (or similar ERP systems) with hands-on experience in payroll processing and benefits management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Experience working in HR shared services or a regional HR role is a plus.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or payroll management are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
