Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Streamline administrative operations, including office management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and cultural initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
