Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions across various departments.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and database management.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in Indonesia is a plus.
