Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet headcount requirements across various departments.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition trends and best practices.
- Manage and optimize recruitment channels, including job portals, professional networking sites, and social media platforms.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Smart Multi Finance as an employer of choice in the finance industry.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Full-Cycle Recruitment, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR information systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
