Responsibility
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure our packages remain attractive and competitive.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with local labor laws.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
- Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies related to rewards and recognition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits, HR generalist roles, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
