Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Enhance the candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, particularly for high-demand roles.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to position Jiayou Forwarding Postal Services as a top employer in Bali and beyond.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in logistics, postal services, or a fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to inform hiring strategies.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
