Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on multiple platforms to attract qualified applicants.
- Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or a similar administrative role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software.
